The SP provides efficient management of Purchase Orders (POs) from initiation through final delivery and incorporates features such as:

  • Proactive notifications and electronic submission of POs
  • Electronic availability of POs with printing capability
  • PO status displayed in real time throughout the order life cycle
  • Ability to approve or reject changes to POs
  • Visibility of exceptions
  • Tracking of shipments associated with POs
