We are pleased to announce that Herndon Aerospace & Defense is now owned by KLX Inc. (KLXI). Herndon will be integrated into the KLX Aerospace Solutions segment in a phased process over the next 18-24 months in North and South America only. As we implement improvements gradually through this phased process, we will keep you informed of all relevant updates as they become available.
We know that many of our customers do business with both Herndon and KLX. For now, there are no changes for Herndon or KLX customers and suppliers.
